CRYSTAL OCCASIONS IS PERFECT FOR WEDDING RECEPTIONS, CORPORATE EVENTS, MEETINGS, AND CATERING.
Welcome to Crystal Occasions ~ Home of the most unique and cost-effective banquet venue in Mid-Michigan. The reception hall will seat 250 people at our round tables or 400 people at our long tables. Our meeting space is great for bridal & baby showers as well as business or club meetings with seating ranging from 20-400. Lunch & Dinner options are available for your meeting or shower as well as just appetizers or dessert & coffee packages. All rentals include linen table cloths as well as theme-coordinated table decorations if you desire. No outside food is allowed. We also offer customized catering packages which are available for pick up or delivery to your event location. (7 day pre order required)

Wedding Packages

~ All Packages are full service ~​
Your package of choice will include a ceremony location (chapel or wedding in the woods), the banquet hall until 11 pm or 1 am
(depending on your dinner time), and our amazing staff! Our decorators will have the dining room looking picture perfect with your choice of table cloth, chair cover, chair sash, and linen napkin. We will top every table with the centerpiece combination of your choice from our vast selection! We cover every detail including seating chart board, cake table display options, card boxes, Mr and Mrs signs and many more. Our bartenders will be on-site and ready to serve your guests during cocktail hour while you and your bridal party take pictures! They will serve our Coke products and any alcohol you provide! We also include the tonic, soda, Vernors, coffee, iced tea, and lemonade. Our kitchen staff will prepare your dishes and keep them full during your dining experience. They will release tables to keep the line at a minimum and make sure everyone is accommodated. They will walk the dining room and take all of your dirty plates, cups and napkins to keep your area looking as beautiful as it was when the day began. At the end of the night, they will pack it all up and send it home with you! They will ensure that your cake and treats table is stocked and clean throughout your entire event. When it’s over, we will do all of the clean up! Let us do all the work! You deserve to enjoy every minute of your big day!
~ Chapel / Weddings in the Woods ~​
The wedding chapel and outdoor space is beautifully decorated in a neutral wedding theme. Rental includes use of the building for the full day prior to the ceremony until 7:00 PM. Full use of all venue grounds for pictures including gazebo. Dry run ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding. We will play the songs you select or you can have your DJ do it. Tables, podiums, and microphones available. Chairs will be set up per your head count for your wedding in the woods. Privacy pavilions provided near outdoor area for bridal party staging. End of aisle backdrop provided to offer neutral background for down the aisle photos. Round or square wedding arch available for your use. (*ceremony only, limited availability, contact for pricing and availability).
